What Is Included in Our Post-Press Production Fleet?
Our post-press processes, shaped according to the type and intended use of the packaging, are carried out in an integrated manner in our 4,000 m² modern facility:
- Precise Cutting and Creasing (Shaping): With our custom die-cutting molds, we ensure that your packaging is cut with millimetric precision and that the creasing (folding) lines are opened perfectly. This precision guarantees that your boxes are folded smoothly and quickly on your filling lines.
- Automatic Folding and Gluing: With our high-speed technological folding-gluing (folder-gluer) machines, we assemble your boxes hands-free, to industrial standards, and with the strongest adhesives. We eliminate the risk of opening or tearing during transport.
- Stitching Applications: Especially for heavy-duty (double-wall, etc.) boxes used in heavy industry, automotive, fresh fruit-vegetable, or logistics sectors, we carefully perform solid wire stitching assembly processes that provide extra strength.
- Quality Control and Preparation for Shipment: The boxes, whose production and assembly are completed, are palleted in our automatic strapping machines after passing the final quality controls. They are stretch-wrapped to take up minimum space in your storage area and to be protected from external factors during transportation, making them ready for shipment.
